Picked these up for a gig I was doing. For the money, they’re great little Tom’s. I went with the clear acrylic models (as they would blend with any of the kits I own). They sound great and pack a punch. Definitely a niche product for most drummers, but nice to have a unique sound in the kit.

Rata Toms are 6" diameter single-headed effect drums that are generally tuned high and produce a loud crack. They can be ordered in varying depths and set up in multiple configurations to achieve an almost melodic quality. The seamless clear acrylic shells have a pronounced attack and a sleek look.
