Black Chrome

Evans Black Chrome batter heads are the ultimate in depth of sound. Featuring a two-ply combination of a 7mil clear top and a 7.5mil black bottom, the Evans Black Chrome series has a robust tone with accentuated mid-to-low frequency response. With extreme durability and clarity of sound, these heads are ideal for the heaviest of hitters.

EC2S Clear

Evans™ EC2™ series features two plies of 7mil film with optimized attack, tone, length of sustain and ease of tuning for each size head. The Sound Shaping Technology (SST™) Edge Control ring mounted on the underside delivers an extremely well balanced and pre-EQ'd sound across the full kit by varying the size of the ring for each different head size. 

EC2S Frosted

Evans™ EC2™ series features two plies of 7mil film with optimized attack, tone, length of sustain and ease of tuning for each size head. The frost coated version delivers additional warmth, focus, and depth, plus a unique translucent appearance.  

G1 Clear

Evans™ G1™ series features a single ply of 10mil film blending a bright tone, sustain and sensitivity. The head sets the standard for an open and expressive sound. Tuned low, it produces a cavernous rumble that emphasizes the natural sound of the shell. 

G1 Coated

Evans™ G2™ tom batter heads feature two plies of 7mil film ensuring consistency and durability. The perfect blend of depth, sustain and attack make small toms sing and floor toms growl.

Hydraulic Clear

Evans™ Hydraulic™ series features two plies of thin film offering maximum durability, and a fat, deep and short sound pioneered by early 70's rock and roll. Hydraulics are famously easy to tune, making them a perfect fix for troublesome drums and players with little tuning experience. Available in glass, black, blue and red.

Onyx

Evans™ Onyx™ series features two plies of 7.5mil film that will deliver enhanced durability while make the drums cut live. A Frost coating gives the Onyx heads a matte black appearance and increases low-end response and attack. 

UV1 Coated

The UV1 series is designed for the widest range of sonic possibilities while remaining the most durable single-ply drumhead available.
